His Story

Ben Quann grew up on a working farm in the Fredericksburg area, the son of a realtor who taught him early that this business is about people and land, not paperwork. Before he ever held a real estate license, Ben spent years in construction — learning what actually holds a house together, and what doesn’t.
That combination shows up in every deal he does. He can spot a foundation issue on a walkthrough. He can tell you which well and septic questions actually matter on a rural property. And because he was raised here, he knows these roads, these counties, and a lot of the people selling on them.
When he’s not working with buyers and sellers, Ben’s out on the water or in the woods filming for his YouTube channel, BQ Outdoors — sharing the same Fredericksburg-area life he’s helping his clients move into.

Chelsea Clarke

Chelsea has lived in Stafford, VA since 1992, after her father retired to the area from Fort Belvoir — making her every bit the local Ben is. Before real estate, she spent six years at GEICO in Fredericksburg working in the homeowners department.
She’s married to her high school sweetheart, raising three kids and a German Shepherd puppy in Stafford, and brings the same hands-on, detail-first approach to every client from first showing to closing day.
